Jag utnyttjade mina engelska kontakter och skrev till några. Bruce Saunders svarade såhär:

The pub I jam in is called the Essex Arms, and it's in a place called Brentwood, which is on the very edge of London, to the East- take a train from Liverpool Street Station. Brentwood is about a 20 minute train ride, and the pub is near the station. The Hot Hob Jam takes place there on Tuesday nights 9pm to midnight. The only problem is it's a bit of a long way to travel to for a jam from the middle of London, and I don't know how late the trains run back to London after: <b>http://www.facebook.com/hothobjam</b>
The main blues venue to visit would probably be "Ain't Nothin' But" which is a Blues bar on Kingly Street:

There's also a failry new place called the Blues kitchen. no idea what it's like:

Another jam I haven't been to, but closer into London is the Coach and Horses in Leytonstone.

Hopefully that helps! If there was one place I'd go, if I was coming to visit London, it would be the "ain't nothin but" as it's right in the middle of London, down a back road near Regent Street.
